SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
The Customer ("You", "Your", "User") understand that Ammo Freedom, ammofreedom.com does not ship product(s) outside the United States and may restrict product(s) shipment to Alaska, Hawaii, Massachusetts, Maryland, Chicago, New York, Connecticut, or any other area within the United States where ammofreedom.com is prohibited by federal, state, or local law to ship product(s). The Customer also understands that if you attempt to have product(s) shipped to these restricted areas, your order will be cancelled and you may be subject to paying a cancellation fee of $20.00 or 5% of the total purchase amount.

Ammo Freedom does not ship ammunition, primers, or any other hazardous product(s) to (P.O.) post office box, APO or FPO.

SHIPPING LIABILITY
Ammo Freedom does its best to ensure that your product(s) will arrive in a timely manner and as error-free as possible. However, Ammo Freedom simply cannot guarantee that the shipping carrier will not damage, destroy or lose your product(s), or that once delivered, your product(s) will not be stolen or damaged. At checkout, you may be given the opportunity to purchase Shipping Insurance and Signature Required options during the checkout process for an additional fee to protect lost or damaged product(s) during transit and delivery. Your total shipping charges are visible on the Order Confirmation page prior to completing the order. As a security measure, Ammo Freedom cannot alter any product information, or change the designated shipping address after the order has been processed. Unless a signature option is selected during the checkout process, the shipping carrier may deliver the package to the designated shipping address you have provided without obtaining the customer's signature. Ammo Freedom is not held liable for packages once they are delivered. Each shipping carrier only insures the shipment for the declared value up-to a maximum value of $50.00 U.S. dollars and will not pay any more regardless if the package is damaged or lost. If you choose not to purchase the additional Shipping Insurance and Signature Required options during the checkout process, it is your responsibility to contact and follow-up with Ammo Freedom regarding the issue, so Ammo Freedom can start the claim process with the shipping carrier. If the shipping carrier has approved the claim for the declared value of the shipment and has awarded a claim amount, the maximum liability to Ammo Freedom for loss, delay, or damage to the shipment shall not exceed the lesser of the awarded amount regardless of the total value of the lost or damaged product(s) during transit or delivery. If the claim is denied, Ammo Freedom is not held liable for any loss of goods on the order. Once your product(s) is delivered, you assume all responsibility for its safety, including the risk that it may be damaged or stolen. You, hereby, explicitly release Ammo Freedom, ammofreedom.com from all liability and responsibility thereafter once your product(s) have shipped.

If you provide the wrong shipping address and the order has not shipped, you can contact Ammo Freedom via e-mail and update your shipping address. If the order has shipped, you will be charged a shipping intercept fee of $20.00 U.S. dollars per package and any additional shipping charges from the shipping carrier to your new address. These are shipping charges that are passed on to Ammo Freedom who, in no way profits from these charges and fees.

If you provide Ammo Freedom with an invalid shipping address on your order or if you fail or refuse to accept delivery for an order that you made at the shipping address provided during checkout, then you will forfeit the total purchase amount, including all expenses, not limited to shipping fees and taxes to have the order returned back to Ammo Freedom. The return shipping back to Ammo Freedom will be the amount of shipping that you originally paid. No refund will be processed for failure or refusal to accept delivery of your order. Please verify your shipping address before completing your order.

Ammo Freedom does not ship ouside the United States or any other area within the United States where Ammo Freedom is prohibited by law from shipping product. If you attempt to have product shipped to a restricted area, your order will be cancelled and you will be subject to a cancellation fee.Ammo Freedom reserves the right to cancel your order if you do not abide by our Terms and Conditions and Shipping Policies. If Ammo Freedom has to cancel your order due to a policy violation, you will receive a refund of the full purchase amount less a cancellation fee of $20.00 or 5% of the total purchase amount, whichever is greater.

SHIPPING RETURNS
All sales of ammunition, optics, and clothing are final, and are non-returnable and non-refundable. Exceptions may be made for defective product(s) only. This does not include damage to the shipping box or product packaging, only to the products themselves.

Return shipping is solely the responsibility of the Customer. If the purchased product(s) is defective or damaged upon receipt, or if the Customer is not satisfied with a purchased product(s) and wishes to return it for a refund or replacement, the Customer may return the product(s) to Ammo Freedom within 15 business days of the date of receipt of delivery of the purchased product(s). All returns must be approved, and include a completed Return Merchandise Form in the package with the returned product(s) in order for Ammo Freedom to process the request and issue a refund or replacement product(s).

All returned product(s) must be in the same condition as when they were shipped by Ammo Freedom and must be returned in original packaging. The Customer will be assessed a 20% restocking fee on all non-firearms orders of the total purcahse amount if the product(s) are not returned in resalable condition, as determined by the discretion of Ammo Freedom. If the Customer fails to include a Return Merchandise Form with the returned product(s), or if the Return Merchandise Form is incomplete, Ammo Freedom will not process a refund or replacement for the product(s).

Shipping costs of returns are the responsibility of the Customer and shipping costs will not be refunded.

Some product(s) are under a manufacturer's warranty and must be returned directly to the manufacturer.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Ammo Freedom, ammofreedom.com is a dealer for the product(s) sold online. Ammo Freedom can only ship you the product(s) you ordered. If you receive a product(s) and believe it is defective, please bring it directly to the manufacturer's attention and do not return to us. It is the manufacturer's responsibility to guarantee their product(s) against defects, blemishes, and non-functionality. Ammo Freedom\s responsibility is ship you the product(s) you ordered.

If you received the product(s) you ordered from Ammo Freedom but the product(s) is defective, please contact the manufacturer of the product first. Let them know the reason of the defective product(s), and how you should proceed.

FREE SHIPPING
Free Shipping only applies to designated eligible product(s) in the lower 48 contiguous states. Shipping charges apply for Alaska and Hawaii. Other fees and restrictions may apply. Product(s) ordered without free shipping will be charged shipping costs even if ordered with a product(s) that offers free shipping. This means that if you order product(s) that offer free shipping with a product(s) that is not eligible for free shipping, you will have to pay the shipping cost for the order to ship.

DAMAGE PRODUCTS
All damaged shipments must be reported to Ammo Freedom as soon as possible. A claim will be filed with the shipping carrier and replaced or credited as needed, as soon as the claim process has been completed. The length of time to complete the claim varies, but is usually within 12-16 business days. A photo of the package and contents may be required and other information may be requested as the issue is investigated. Any shortages need to be reported as soon as possible. In the event of any damage or shortage of product, all boxes and packaging regarding that order, must be kept until the problem has been resolved and any claims paid in full.
